Our Junior suite was spacious and light The whole complex is attractive and well designed Nice garden
Our suite (quite expensive) was very basically furnished, it was just above the bar and we were kept awake by local drunk guys and girls, shouting, fighting, screaming until 1.30 in the morning... It stopped shortly after we called the Reception The restaurant did not have much choice as most dishes were not available The hotel is in an area being re-developped with what it seems little planning, this makes the surroundings not at all attractive although the sea and beach are very close. In fact the hotel is rather neglected and there is a 'for sale' sign above the door

We had a sunny balcony. The hotel was close to Casa Port train station❤

The location here is nice, surrounded by greenery. Our room had a sunny balcony where we enjoyed chilling out. Additionally, it's super convenient being close to the airport ✈️.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had a prime location near the ocean and within walking distance to the beach. the room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view. I particularly enjoyed the free breakfast and the spa services offered on-site.
I did find some aspects a tad disappointing. the pool was a bit small, and some of the water jets were not working properly.

We had an incredible time at this luxurious hotel! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful ocean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great advice on sightseeing and private beaches to visit. We were even able to smoke in our room, which was a nice touch. The room service was top-notch, and they even created a tailor-made dish for us at the restaurant. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh sheets. the service and comfort provided at this hotel were truly exceptional.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The friendliest staff I have come across in a long time. It could be that we were the only patrons staying in the hotel but we were treated royally. We booked a standard room and were given a large Junior Suite with a very large balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean. ( Probably to compensate for the noise from renovations.) The bar staff immediately switched the music to 80's Rock and Roll when we sat down. We had the very nice dinning room all to ourselves. The menu was good but some items were not available.
Renovations were in progress and the noise was distracting.

The pool
If you expect a 4* hotel, you'll be very very disappointed. Old furnitures, dirty walls, tv from another time not working properly, poor breakfast ..

The hotel boasts beautiful sculptures, facilities, and design. Plus, it offers tailor-made dishes at the restaurant and an impeccable cleaning service. Junior suites are spacious and have sea views, making for a pleasant stay. staff help advise on sightseeing and beaches for swimming or tanning.
Hygiene needs improvement in the rooms, with stained bedding and blocked sinks, and no coffee facilities provided.

Size of room
Hotel was under renovation, but this was not mentionned anywhere in booking. Very unpleasant smell in the reception. Had an early check out (07:00) and asked whether I can have something for breakfast (breakfast served from 07:30-10:00) at that time. The receptionist advised that this is not possible and that they could not provide even a cup of coffee, unless charged!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and always available to give me advice on what to see and do in this city. The room service was impeccable and the tailor-made dish I asked for at the restaurant was exquisite. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning my room every day and changing the sheets. The location of this hotel was great, with the beach just a short walk away. the staff, cleanliness, and location were the highlights of my stay.

The hotel had a great location near the beach, making it perfect for a city trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and beautiful view. The breakfast that was served was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.
There were some negative aspects that I noticed during my stay. The room furniture was quite old and needed some updating.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
